Weight lose Detailed Journey

Hi my name is Angel M. Small and this is the short version of my weight lose journey.  I decided to lose weight because I didn’t like the way I looked or felt when I looked in the mirror and saw an extremely big woman. This was an ongoing issue for me, even though I always heard otherwise from my friends.  I’m glad I was blessed with a shapely figure but I will maintain the new me – ongoing.

In May of 2012, I fell at work, due to wet wax on the floor. The fall caused me to have a severe herniated disc that’s fully compressing my sciatic nerve. The pain was so bad I didn’t know what to do with myself and my injuries were worse, because of the heaviness, of my body, upon impact.

During that time I decided it was time to lose weight and I decided how much I wanted to lose.  I now have to deal with my sciatica and debilitating pain but that won’t stop me from reaching my weight lose goal.

I cut back on eating Chocolate and started drinking no more than 1 soda or none daily; and I stopped eating all snacks totally.  I also started going to the gym every morning after work for an hour or more.

I’m Soooo Proud Of Me.  So Motivated Right Now.  I Did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine, 515 calories burned, 2.35 miles.  I did 120 crunches, 4 sets of 10 push ups, 5 sets of 15 reps on leg press and finished with 3 sets of 20 reps with weights for arms. Oh Yeah – I’m On It; Goal Will Be Met.

I told myself if you want to stop complaining and see results, get up and do something about it. Friends and support groups helped me to stay motivated and they still do.

I wasn’t able to go to the gym for 10 months this year because of my injury’s.  Now I’m just trying to hurry up and get back in the gym to finish losing my last 40 pounds while toning up.  I want to get down to 220 pounds, then I’m done.  I will maintain and enjoy my new body size.

I’ve worked and I am working hard to change my physical and mental perception of myself

My Weight Lose Journey has been Long and will Continue.  I have Learned to Love Myself Unconditionally.  I Deserve to be Happy During my Lifetime and have Peace and Joy – FOREVER
